Very awesome people! I bought a new classical guitar here and they accidentally sold me a guitar case when it already came with one. So they actually called me up to tell me the mistake and to give me a refund. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity.

My daughter and I love this place. She started her ukulele class here. Everyone works here is friendly and helpful. We feel safe and comfortable coming here and learning music. I read some reviews saying the owner is cold and unfriendly which is not true, he is maybe not the hugging and passionate kind …

The owners are rude and very very dry, especially the little asian lady. She doesn't even know what she's talking about half the time. If I have to go there, I usually try to go when they aren't there.

One of the last independently-owned music shops in the Bay Area, Music Works offers an extensive selection of ukeleles and sheet music, as well as guitars, strings, amps and accessories. Music Works is California's largest ukelele shop. The store also offers an extensive array of lessons and sound works, and will special order anything music-related that it doesn't carry in-store.
