In our basement, there was a drain that began to smell like sewage a year after we moved into our new house. It turns out that it was due to an incorrectly installed pipe (with no p-trap) and root growth. Mr. Speedy Plumbing used router to remove roots and plugged drain. Smell is gone, no problems since.
I discovered a leak in the roof of my garage. The plumber came from Mr. Speedy Plumbing quickly diagnosed the problem as a cracked pipe. This was a really messy job as the pipes were coated and surrounded by pink foam insulation, and they lay close to electrical lines. He not only fixed the pipes, but he cleaned up after himself. He was respectful, polite and honest. Highly recommended.
