We just recently rented for a week. The beach was gorgeous; pool was great. Wonderful location and from the outside it looked wonderful. If you want to spend a ton of money only to be lied to and treated rudely by the Southern Management employees (both management and security) then, by all means, stay at the Adagio. Zero professionalism, zero people skills, zero common sense and zero courtesy.
