Mr. B's Moonwalk is definitely something I'll do again for birthdays, etc. Mr. B's gave great service all around: they were prompt, courteous, answered all my questions and made the process of setup and tear-down so simple. Every time I called, someone either called me right back or I got a real person on the phone. They were also cheaper than the competition, which I appreciate in this economy. GREAT JOB! First time we tried Mr. B's and they did a wonderful job with no problems. The delivery was right on time, set-up, with a nice clean bouncer. We also rented a cotton candy machine which worked out awesome for the kids. Thanks Mr. B's for a fun day!
I rented the a Kai Lan jumper and did not get what was posted on the website. I got a regular bounce house with a Kai Lan banner. If the owner (Bobby) would have explained to me what I was getting instead of making me think I was getting what was on the site I would have not been as upset. The day of the party I called him, he said he could not do anything since he didn't even own the jumper that was on his site.
