They honestly deserve like a -5 on the rating we choose to leave our other pest people, and all though their customer service is great, their actual service is horrible in the 5 years we've been here we've never had as many issues as we've had since we got Moxie. I'm not recommending them to anyone I know.

It is a shame in this day and age that a company feels like they have to resort to shady billing practices to make a go of it but apparently this one does.
