I always give salons 3 chances. My first appointment was ok, thought they were a bit unprofessional and my hair was slightly funkier than I anticipated but she did a great job.

My second appointment, I specifically asked for no red in my hair. I know that my hair clings heavily to red so I asked for an ash brown. My hair of course turned out very red and she only said to me, ""its just the light in our salon, it sucks"". I said, ""its also a little dark"" she says, ""it will fade, but if it fades too much over the next week, come back and I'll touch it up for free"". Not only did I have...
