We were skeptical in the beginning because Kim, the person who picked up the phone was awesome, very sweet to talk to and very professional. It got us wondering whether they hired a professional person to attend the phone at front desk but had bad movers. We even asked her if the movers knew English, She smiled and said, yes, they do.

My move was completed from Jacksonville, FL to the big city NYC and the move was just great. They set up everything and start to work .They were incredible. They work very hard on doing everything just the way I want,They did our move and we could not have had a better experience. Jamal and his helper were nothing short of miraculous and they know what they doing. Great service!
