I went into have two sweaters made not only were they not made on the date they originally told me but when I pick them up and they look nothing like what I want it they were rude to me, they told me if I didn't like it I should go to a different shop, and they told me that I couldn't get a refund. Never EVER go to them.

I was very dissatisfied with my order and service. My order wasn't what I had Specifically asked for and my deadline was not met. I paid a high price for horrible service and will not be returning . It's unfortunate that as a small Buisness you would like to keep your customers happy and satisfied so that they continue to return however I didn't get the respect a good service I felt I deserved....
