Extremely rude, unhelpful. Driver was 45 minutes late and made me miss an appointment.

My job consists of 1-3 appointments of these types every weekend, and losing one means losing 1/2-1/3rd of my income for the week. I offered the appointment a full refund of my cost and a free appointment at another time...losing $400 because of the tow truck's tardiness.

Upon emailing Morris and Sons, they told me it was my fault and refused to refund any of the service costs. They could have referred me to a different towing service when they realized they were going to be late, instead I get a...
