Epic fail! Scheduled a service through Maytag -they couldn't come for 10 days. Today is repair day and they refuse to come out since they don't "service that area" any longer. Maybe should have TOLD me that??

Good experience with Morris County Appliance today. They came at the confirmed time, were professional, quickly found the problem (frayed wire) and fixed our Viking dishwasher in less than 20 .
