My rep at Omega sighed when I mentioned Morgan's in South Bay, California. Told me she has heard similiar stories about Morgan's (offering services that do nothing).

The parts you replaced were never authorized and proper replacement parts were thoroughly discussed prior to watch repair authorization. Both the improper crystal and improper bezel results in degradation in value of my "as original", vintage SeaDweller (circa 1979). In light of my expressed concerns over originality, prior to work authorization, your failure to consider or to even be concerned over your actions is irresponsible, reprehensible, and given your prior to repair assurances, dishonest.
I was ripped off BIG TIME by Morgans... Our stone fell out 1 month after purchasing the ring. When it did we noticed a big black spot on the stone and had it appraised, it appraised for LESS than $100 when we are paying $1000 for the stone ALONE.
The staff is always rude, tried to blame the mechanism that wasn't working on a previous repair, and had to repair the watch a few times and still it is not to my satisfaction.
Had a bad experience in their appraisal process. Very sleazy.

My girlfriend (and I) were very happy with our shopping experience at morgan jewellers. They have a huge selection of designer jewellery at a variety of price ranges. This is a great place!
Another great experience. My wife needed her ring re-dipped. Not only did they do a great job, but they made sure to take care of it right away. Once again great service with a smile!!!!
Sounds cliché but I am glad to have found this gem! Eli and Marshall are incredibly helpful I was surprised that such a high end jewelry store had items I could buy. Didn't have to go to a chain...
I went into Morgan's to get my wife's necklace repaired. One of Morgan's employees (I forget his name, but he's a taller guy with dark hair) was great and really helped me out. I had no idea whether her necklace could be repaired or not, and if it could be repaired, whether it would be worth it as far as a the price goes. The employee went over all the options with me and gave me straight forward, honest advice. I ended up getting the necklace repaired with Morgan's for a great price and my wife could not be happier. I'm definitely coming back into Morgan's for Valentine's day!
