Help us make it rightI am so sick of Ariselli, the "Manager", having such a horrible administration team. You know I'm not sure if it's her or her "Assistant" Leah, who is actually in charge. Everyday my wife or I drop off our kid in the morning, ONE or BOTH?
I will start with the negative - I haven't been as highly impressed by the way the place is run - not as energetic and happy as I would prefer to see and the teachers do not seem to always be as cared about as they should be. They work very hard but get stuck with long hours and chaotic schedule-management due to, what seems to be, short staffing.
HOWEVER....
We LOOOVE this place. As first-time parents, it was SOOO hard to leave our baby in the care of 'strangers.' I work right by the school and have visited my little one nearly daily since the start, which made the transition 100%...

While each teacher has their unique style, the Montessori philosophy of loving and accepting each unique child, safety in the classroom, and developmental growth has been consist. My son has thrived in this environment and is doing things I wouldn't have...
We were so disappointed with MOTM. Our daughter was there for less than a year and came home with unexplained bruises in her groin area. It was brought up repeatedly with no explanation. We got her out as soon as we could. The teachers were always sitting on the floor or snapping at the kids. I saw very little interaction with the teachers and kids other than negative interactions. When we had our parent-teacher meeting they told us our daughter wasn't doing things we knew she could do and that she was doing things we knew she wasn't yet able to do. Her daily sheet never reflected...
