My apartment is nice. Its just a little small. You can hear outside noise a lot but it's not too bad. The pool and gym are really nice. But parking late at night if you have more than one car is hectic.

Monte Vista is a great complex: well-maintained facilities with gym and pools, club house (there is a rental fee) and movie theater ($500 deposit check that is not cashed unless there are damages, so if you're careful renting it out is essentially free), BBQ areas scattered throughout the complex, maintenance requests are done very timely and well, and the staff in the leasing is friendly and...
