I just visited today and unknowingly made the mistake of parking in the lot directly across from the leasing office. I came out to find my car booted which cost me $75 and hours of my time. The response from the leasing agent (Lacy) was apathetically "Oh, yeah, that is not our lot, that happened to me too. "

We have lived here for about 6 months now and really love the location. You can walk to Krog Street Market, the Beltline and more. I love our apartment and the staff is super helpful. The building is clean and well maintained and has an awesome pool and gym. One of the best things about living here is the location. We're walking distance from Krog Steeet Market, the Beltline, Cabbagetown, and the bars on Edgewood. Plus were a short distance from the interstate so the morning commute isn't horrible.

There is a ton of new community development in our area but after touring a bunch of properties I feel confident we're getting a great value for the location. The apartments are maybe a little older, but notably larger than others nearby and MUCH less expensive.
