Help us make it rightI dropped 6 items off on a Saturday, and was promised the items would be available in 2 weeks. 2 weeks and 5 days later, I received a phone call saying the items were ready for pick up.
When I picked them up, 2 of the items were done with the wrong color thread, and the monogramming looks terrible. It is pulled and lumpy in several spots and looks uneven.
The only plus is the selection of monogramming fonts that they have available.
However, I still wouldn't recommend them to anyone, their prices are very high for the services received, especially when it's an incorrect order!!
