This is NOT a luxury building by any stretch of the imagination other than managements'. The "concierges" aka doorman mean well and are friendly, but are stretched WAY too thing between 2 towers of apartments. They have no possible way to know who lives there and usually seem overwhelmed in logging packages b/c the volume is too great for so few people. The building rents out weekly on...

Interior Walls very thin - no soundproofing - you can hear everything from your neighbors
Exterior walls - poor insulation. cold/wind whistles through the walls, around the windows, and through the electric outlets in the winter time. Electric heat bills can get very high....

Ved ankomst kom udlejer en halv time for sent, der manglede bestik og håndklæder, og wifi virkede ikke. Det kom der styr på efter et par dage, men det skal altså fungere til den pris!
