Did a good job pumping the tank but left a big hole in the ground where the lid to the tank goes. Lid broke when they removed it. Understandable. They wanted me to buy a new one and then charge me...

Gave me a quote and then notified me that since I was so far from their offices it would be cheaper for me to find someone closer and then gave me the names of some places they recommended.

While I didn't end up using Modern Septic, I value their honesty.
