Excellent service...they got me approved whn nobody else would and the manager Tony really tried to make me satisfied and I was. 5 stars all the way. I have and will continue to recommend friends to them.

IS THERE REALLY A MECHANIC?

I have never had an experience with a dealership like I've had with Modern Auto & it has not been good since I drove the car off the lot! I was told that the issues I have with the car can be corrected by bringing it in & the mechanic will fix them. Every time I try to arrange this not only do they not answer the phone but they pick up the call & put me on hold without an introduction. When someone does finally answer (after being on hold at times for 1/2 hr.) they can't answer my question, ""is the mechanic in today?"" Why isn't he there during regular hours like every other dealership? I...
