Great Service! Professional, on time, and kind. I was having surgery and they came inside the doctors to sign me out and then assisted me to the car! Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing transportation.
If this had truly happened, our policy is not to charge them. If they missed their appointment because of our delay we would transport them for free.
