Very nice people and I'm satisfied with any of my purchases with the help of the employees. My friend had told me about these guys after I got angry at one of the Music n' More employees for telling me that getting a diverse sound is impossible without two guitars, because "He has 27 guitars" and just made me feel quite stupid for even insinuating the idea of having a diverse guitar. Very, very, very helpful, I've had two guitars worked on there and one they didn't even charge me, guy said it was too easy a fix, lol. Matt is great and will answer all your questions as well as fix your guitar in a very timely manner

Friendly service and willing to help you. I ended up in MJ & L after trying to sell my guitar board and they actually tried to advise and help me instead of pushing me away. I'l go back the next time I need something.
