It is in the middle of Mizner so the apartments are very nice but they are incredibly overpriced they are run by the Gables community which means you will never receive any of your down payments even if you hire professional cleaners. For the money you can get such a nicer place that isn't surrounded by Rich snotty people unless that's you. If it wasn't run by Gables I would give it three...
