Your people have made it soo difficult to exchange a hat. I'm highly displeased. First, the guy that was originally helping me just left on vacation and didn't tell me. I waited for a reply and nothing. I called your company where I spoke with a rude man who didn't even give me a full RA number. I mailed the hat back.
