Mr. Sparky deserves a 5-star rating. Chad was on time and very cordial. He is a knowledgeable and experienced electrician. He did not pressure me to buy any extra services; he looked at my problem and explained in detail what services he could offer. All of their services were written down in a binder, so there were no ‘guess-timations’ that I have experienced with other companies. When he finished the work, he presented a folder of the work completed with warranties in a very professional manner.

Rick C. (their field supervisor) came out as our technician to diagnose a circuit break that caused several ceiling lights to fail. He was very knowledgeable (he has background as a electrical engineer), professional, and friendly. We had him come back a few weeks later to run grounds to several rooms we have electronics in that had open grounds, which required him to have to pull new circuits under the house to those locations and cut new outlets and install face plates for those outlets.
