One of the worst experiences I've had in a while with medical services. The people were as cold as the machines they operated. They were rude, uncaring, and impatient. Their services and behavior were reprehensible. The DVD they provide me was extremely poor quality as a doctor was unable to read the image, which was meant to help me. I felt very rushed and uncared for. The people were as cold as the machines they operated. The service was poor, the people were impolite, and the DVD I was given was lacking quality. The doctor looked at the DVD and said it was very difficult to read, which was intended to be used to help me. The Department of Health will be notified about this facility.
