Came here to see the incredibles 2. The downward escalator had a huge amount of grease on it that got all over my hand after I touched it. I had to use a towel in my car to wipe it off. Completely gross. Luckily I noticed before staining any of my clothes. Movie theater seats were dirty. The movie was good tho, but that had nothing to do with the mall/theater.

Car was stolen here in the parking lot. Security guards tell us there are no security cameras in the lower level parking, and that the cameras at the entrances and exits have been nonfunctional for weeks. They blamed the management for the lack of attention to this matter. Horrible. Obviously someone knows security is ineffective here.

Great mall, I think probably the most underrated mall there is. They have everything you could possibly want, clothes, a gym, sporting goods, you name it. Probably my favorite place to shop.
