Very Very good teacher! I come from China, and followed Richard from 2 months ago, he is a patience and skillful teacher. He knows how to instruct a beginner and give me confidence. He is really different from the teachers in China. i like him!!

Took lessons here a few times, and the teachers were adept. They made sure I learned how to read music (which I forgot) and that I could do the basic scales after only a few weeks.

Highly recommend Richard Kendrick of Mission San Jose School of guitar as he teaches my son and he is a great improvement over his previous instructor due to his positivivity and enthusiasm.. Richard has a Masters in Jazz so he covers reading, theory and improvisation, but in an easy to understand manner. Hearitly recommend him for a beginner or an advanced student like my son.
