I am fearful of any dentist so it is definitely NOT the kind of dentist I'm used to going to as it a VERY BUSY atmosphere which can add to my anxiety. NICE to know BUSY means return customers for them. Overall, we find the dentist to be very good & down to earth and his staff is a very good reflection of the business. They are all very attentive & LISTEN to you and they all talk freely to each other and seem happy with their jobs. I feel I am a special needs patient yet they understood this and were very accomodating. When we first e-mailed this dentist at his website, my husband & I were surprised to get a personal response from the dentist himself and not just a canned response by staff. He answered our questions and gave his direct number to reach him at. We felt he had nothing to hide and was honest. Our last materially high-end looking dentistr was very qualified but it only took once staff member of his to turn us away. When we are made to feel awkward about money, it's time to leave. We have double coverage insurance and we always have had good payment arrangements with all of our doctors. But it's time to move on when you feel it's just about the money. Service matters more than ever during these hard times. So we decided to try something different. We are pleased with our new dentist, Dr. Mireles and at this time give him a 5 star rating for he and his staff's excellence. If you're looking for a doctor's office that looks materialistic with candellight in the bathroon or fish tanks & lemon water waterfalls, this is not the place. That is the place we left. If you're looking for an exceptional dentist with a great staff, then this is your place. I won't lie, you will need to allow more time when you have your appointment but it is well worth it. If that matters to you, ask them an estimate of the exact time as the dentist is serving several patients at a time so the time in your chair will be longer and varies depending on your work. 5 stars!
I simply wished they would have explained to me better the procedure they were about to do on me before actually doing it. I disliked the fact that I had to wait a long time and the doctor had to inject anesthesia twice on my mouth.
I really have a great experience, although I have a lot of dental work done, but it was great, nice music.
