I tried M&H at the Galleria and was so pleasantly surprised. I expected good but the massage I got was great! I highly recommend Shannon. Best massage ever! I am looking forward to being able to go back.

Just finally went into M&H at the Galleria, what a treat! Had the best facial, the basic MH facial is fine for me. Atmosphere is wonderful, not stuffy at all, a little serene sanctuary in the middle of the mall. I've already been back and scheduled another treatment, now I'm hooked!

I have been to several spas around Austin, but never to M+H. I went to the Hill Country location yesterday, and I really like this place. For being fairly new, they really seem to have it together. Just returned home from a wonderful massage from Ben. My entire experience, from my initial phone call to paying upon completion...was very positive! Very sanitary. They don't reuse buffers and emory boards. Each person gets a new set. Metal tools (clippers, etc,) are sanitized in a machine and sealed in a package before their next use. Even the parafin is poured in a bag rather than having you stick your foot or arm in a basin. You pay more but I think it is worth it because of the above.
