I've spent the last two days troubleshooting an IP address issue on my MacBook Pro and was just about to kick my screen in & go back to the PC dark ages but thankfully I chose to stop in on these guys as a last ditch effort. 10mins of geek wizardry & me n Jobs no longer have to go toe-to-toe. It's an OK place if you want to buy things like cables and adapters, and the staff is OK, but I understand why this place gets bad reviews now...(In response to the business owner's comments: I had previously rated this two stars but I have now reduced my rating to one star. Also... it's "affected" not "effected".)
