They are terrible. we had bedbugs in our newly rented apartment, and when they showed up to take care of them, no one told the technician why he was coming. when we called the office 4 hours later to complain that our apartment was still crawling with them they told us our landlord didn't tell them what was wrong, when we called our landlord she said the terminators claimer we werent prepared for them to take care of the problem (for bedbugs this includes packing up EVERYTHING in your house and placing it outside) they scheduled another appointment 1 week later and failed to show up, didn't call, and then said they do a follow up not 1 week, but 2 weeks after the initial treatment.
Terribly company that does a terrible job. Don't waste your time because they'll certainly waste yours!
