Their scheduling team is a mess, and absolut mess!! They canceled my oppointment 3 times in a row! The fist time I made an appointment a month in advance, so I could get the time/day I wanted....

Overall I am happy with my change to Midtown Dentistry as of a year ago. Having gone to the same dentist and had the same hygienist for 25 years, it was a difficult change. Getting used to a different hygienist every visit and already on my second dentist, it's not as friendly in that way. Just one bad experience with a tooth cleaning so I know who not to ask for.
