Great store, great prices and nice selection. My only complaint is Ann. She's a cashier- didn't know what she was doing, super slow and had an attitude. Asked me how much she owed me after she punched in the wrong amount.

Employees here are ALWAYS rude! The lines suck and most of the time, they don't even have what I need. Save yourself a trip and go to the Michaels in Oceanside by El Torito. They have a lot bigger of a store with more variety.

This old lady with glasses ( I believe she is a manager) With long hair always has it in a pony tail and its gray-- is REALLY rude --she is not helpful and. I always dread going to this store because of her. I live closer to this one so I go here- but i rather go to the one in Oceanside one.

Went to Michael ' s on Black Friday.In their whole store there is not one item for anyone Jewish or any other religion that doesn't celebrate Christmas.Not a blue ribbon or wrapping paper. As Christmas music blared thru the speakers.As does not happen often it was the second day of Hanukkah while we were shopping. Shame on you Michaels for being so secular.
