I was thrilled when Hamrick's opened a store in my city! I felt I would be able to find most anything I needed in the way of clothing and/or shoes. And for the most part, the first few years I was always able to secure shoes in my size ( a 10 narrow or slim) HOWEVER, things have changed in the shoe department. You only carry sizes W or M...Why? I have never been in Hamrick's where the cashiers have ever been friendly. They always look miserable and sad. They never speak at anytime during the transaction. I don't think I have been in a store that offered such poor customer service. The employees always seem to be on the defensive. I don't go in that store very much because of the lousy service, but it would be nice if just once one of...

This Michaels store gets a much higher rating than the other one in Greensboro. The store is bright, clean and well stocked with merchandise. The staff (when you can find one on the floor) is very helpful....
