Normally Michaels is great. However, their Black Friday sale was a complete zero. I tried using a 40% off entire purchase coupon which excluded items already on sale. There were no sale signs posted on any of the items I put into my cart. When I went to check out, they would not honor my teacher …

I'm not a crafts kinda person, BUT, they do have some pretty cool stuff anyways. Lots of 'made in China' labels, but surprisingly, I saw 'Made in USA' labels too! Bird houses, pinewood derby kits, plus lots of crafts items. Quite a few sales. Kids workshops on Saturday mornings from 10am to noon.Located just north of 23 Mile Road, on the west side of Gratiot Avenue.
