It's a HUGE store with minimal staff. Unlike another location I visited this past week, this location lacked the assertiveness to assist customers find products as well as any urgency to whittle the line down at the check out line. Quite unbelievable since this is probably their busiest season.I still love Michaels …

This store is ginormous. We went here for some last minute wedding supplies.We ended up buying wooden fans which were really nice. Last box on the shelf and it was opened, I counted it and it only had 14\15 in the box. Also treat bags for the guests and filled it with chocolates. When we got to the register …

Like the old saying goes- I would give it no stars if I could. I wanted to return an item that was $6. I didn't have my receipt so they would only offer me $1.50 even though they still had plenty in stock on shelves, and they could easily see what it cost. What a scam and a rip off, and a great way to show your customers you don't care about them.

I'm happy to have Michael's for all my crafting needs. They are slightly deceptive with their 40% off deals.. Most times I find it is also 40% over priced.
