Dr. Young was very professional. However, when my Insurance Plan notified me of a denial, I received only vague assurances that, "It would be OK". I spoke with the office associate, who stated that no denial was ever received. I requested that she call the Plan. She later informed me that the Plan had made a "clerical error" re. the denial. I called the Plan. Two persons reviewed my file....

I was seeing Doctor Young on a strong recommendation of my Dentist to treat Gum Rescission. Doctor Young was very patient and spent his time explaining my situation and treatment choices and really made me feel comfortable about my treatment options and conciseness.
