Mr Bullard was quite prompt when installing the roof and calling for payment.
However when he was called to come and see why the new roof was leaking he was not very prompt. In fact after numerous calls he has yet to show up.

Mr Bullard was very prompt and courteuos when installing the roof and collecting payment. However, he was not so prompt when he was called to come and see why the new roof was leaking. In fact after numerous calls and scheduled appointment times he has yet to show up.
