Wanted to try this spa due to the positive reviews. Booking an appointment is a task and a half while receptionist puts you on hold forever. If not for the raves about this spa, the unprofessional manner/system of answering every new call while you are put on hold several times is a total turn off. You do need the massage after the stress of trying to have a full sentence in without being cut...
