Be prepared for long waits, and average customer service. There were a lot of patients and not enough dentists, which can sometimes lead to a frustrating situation. Hope this helps. (Edited December 09, 2009)

I have never had such a dysfunctional visit to a doctor or dentist's office ever before. I had to wait for 45 minutes before I was seen, not including that I was early. The appointment was for a cleaning and it took 2-1/2 hours when the visit was over. The cleaning was fine, but i should not have had to "upgrade" to a deep cleaning, ad it only lasted 20 minutes, although it was thorough. The...

It was an eye opening experience, this facility has deteriorated. There were confrontations between staff and patients. There are to many patients, waiting time is to long. Staff is unperfussional and there were many negative reviews. Could not reach the contact office by phone it kept ringing no answer. My research on the dentist resulted in my conclusion that they did not have the experience...

Unfortunately, yesterday, was my last visit to this place.....dentist who took care of me is too chatty and unprofessional....this place has changed tremendously..

The flirting between the hygienist and the receptions is very unprofessional and makes alot of us patients feel like we could be with the doctor sooner if they didn't do that.

The service was the worst. I started two bridges and It took them a year to get it semi right after it was inserted improperly and the color was very off. It was first done by Doctor Red (awful and hyper man. First impression, I thought he was on something) it was reinserted by doctor Marie she clearly loves what she does but they have her to overwhelm and overworked smh. This office. No doctor...
