On time and very pleasant and efficient. While there were slightly dark areas left on the off-white carpet, it certainly was improved. The other rugs and carpets, all of which are colored, came out really well.

Seth was very prompt is calling me regarding the service and was very accommodating in terms of scheduling a time to do an estimate and the actual service itself.
