Kind of off the beaten path for lunch downtown, but definitely worth it! The paninis are HUGE and the atmosphere is great. I had the club panini, chips, and a drink for under $10. Will be back...

This cafe is located below me in the Dallas Arts Center. Very convenient, great service in a timely manner. There is also so much history decorated in that place.

One word for this place! HIDDEN GEM! My gf and I stopped here for some coffee. I decided to try the iced vanilla latte. It was SO GOOD I had my gf try it (who doesn't ever drink any iced coffee)....
