Poor Customer Service

The Salon charges New York prices but is a far cry from New York customer service. After being a client for years, I have finally decided to stop patronizing this Salon. Extremely long wait times for an appointment with your own stylist, appointments cancelled at the last minute by the Salon or better yet not told till you arrive that your stylist is not there, loud and overly crowded Salon...
