Andrew at Metro Valet is so rude and terrible to work with there. He made my experience with this company a nightmare and I ended up going to another delivery service. The prices are low, but they have a terrible operation and are incredibly unreliable. STAY AWAY.

Most Unprofessional Company Ever - Don't work with Andrew!

Don't work with Andrew, the warehouse manager. He's unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. He hung up on me, screened my calls and berated me over the phone. Furthermore, he picked up my furniture without my approval - before I agreed to use Metro Valet. In the end, he wouldn't deliver my furniture and I was happy to move onto an easier experience with Rancho Buck.
