unfair business practice

on oct.27 2008 metro trailers sold on consignment a 48 ft. spread axel reefer trailer. as of today dec.18, 2008, I have yet to recieve all of my money. After repeated phone calls to metro I talked to Omer and mellisa and they keep telling me that I will be paid tommorrow. But as usual tommorrow never seems to come. I cannot release the title to the trailer until I recieve all of my money. I...
