I came in expecting to look at the Honda Civic and had only the intention of looking. Jimmy Sturdivant was the salesman that helped me. His knowledge about the product was overwhelmingly apparent. He worked efficiently and effectively to get me into my new car. His professional manor was so great that he persuaded me to buy my new Honda Civic. i purchased a used 2012 Honda Civic from Metro Honda. My personal experience has been ok with the exception of the one of the service managers, Joe King. He was professional and patient while I explained the issues with my vehicle. He assured me that the matter would be taken care. I left feeling confident of the services and plan to return.
