The recent downturn in the economy took its toll at Metrocycles. We had to cut our staff in half and of course our customer service was lacking due to limited employee coverage. Metrocycles is back up to full song and our customer service has increased ten fold. We have a new sales manager, parts manager and service manager. Our CSI (customer satisfaction index) is the highest its ever been and we have been striving very hard for high marks in customer service. These people really have poor customer service. I went in last week to check out some bikes and hopefully ride one home. I was their for about 30 min and never even got to tell someone hello. No one said anything to me. I actually tried to get the sales man attention by waving him over but he just turned around and went the other way. Have you ever got that feeling that you weren't welcomed? Well that's how I felt so I decided to leave and not to do business with them. Needless to say I wont be taking my new Vulcan to get services their even though they are the closest Kawasaki.
Took my bike to another shop, spent over $200 on diagnostics and repairs. My bike was still not right, they told me I needed over $650 in additional repairs. Took it to Metro, they said they would charge $76 for diagnostic. Left my bike, they called me 2 hours later and said there was a short in my wiring harness and that they fixed it during the diagnostic process. Have put 2,ooo miles on my...
My husband took in his motorcycle to be repaired. Was quoted a price, then was told it would be anothe $250.00 to repair. Got bike back and have taken it back 4 times and they are saying now we need further repairs. This is for something they should have fixed to start with and was paid for. If you value your bike, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!
