I am not certain if it is an offense but it is very poor business practice to have employees try to boost your scores. i was under the impression reviews were for the public who utilized your ambulance service. Reviews show patient's/families past experiences. These should have been learning tools for what went wrong and how to correct them. Of course, we know how you correct them. I bet...
Pray that when you call 911 you actually get a crew who will properly assess and treat you. I called 911 when my brother was having trouble breathing. I only give Metro Atlanta Ambulane Service a 1star because I cannot give it no stars. If it were not so sad, it would amuse me how so many of the 5 star reviews given here are loaded with their own employees. I have had two horrible experiences with Metro Atlanta during two life-theatening episodes.The level of incompetence and lack of patient care (not to mention human decency) was appalling....
