Beware of bad hair colorists!!!

I went in for medium brown color and light brown highlights and I left with dark brown hair with green highlights on the bottom half and orange hair with light orange highlights on the top half.

They tried fixing it by reapplying toner 3 times only to make it worse. The third attempt was an orange hair dye to cover up the green hightlights and Hing-Lung led me to believe it was just toner. SHADY SHADY! I did not consent to the orange color dye. Trying to cover up their mistake! The manager Lok wanted to attempt to fix it for the fourth time. I was in no way going to let them touch my hair again. Gary refused to give me a full refund. BEWARE of shady business!! They do not give itemized receipts when paying for services in full with cash and they do not charge sales tax!!! SHADY SHADY

By the way, I agree with the other reviews on other websites they need to spend less time looking at themselves in the mirror and doing their own hair and maybe go back to beauty school...that is...if they ever went! Shady Shady!
