I contacted MHC for life coaching. I was trying to start dating again after divorcing earlier in the year. Not only was it a confidence issue and a... how do I approach this issue... I needed advice on how to balance that side of my life with work and my daughter. MHC also helped me define what I wanted from the dating process, how to communicate about with my daughter about it... and a slew of other topics I didn't have experience broaching. Extremely helpful to have an objective source for advice - with the experience coaching time management and communication skills to boot.

I contacted Meredith Haberfeld coaching in preparation for interviewing in a new industry. I worked with my coach over three sessions that were focused on identifying what the organization was looking for, packaging and marketing my skill sets, and actual interview techniques. The accountability of having a coach was one of the most useful aspects of the process - and put me in motion to accomplish successfully what I may have struggled with otherwise.

Career coaching - work force v. education

I graduated from a masters program last year and have been struggling with deciding whether to continue with my education, enter into corporate realm or non-profit. I worked with a coach over a few sessions - discussing long term career goals, financial needs, personal aspirations... It's been a great help having someone non-biased as my family and friends are to lend their perspective and expertise in helping me create the framework to judge my options.
