I called Stephens after I accidentally put gasoline in my Bluetec diesel. My car was at the dealership and they told me it would cost 25 thousand dollars to fix. Stephens told me it shouldn't cost me anything like that and he even sent me a Mercedes-Benz service bulletin that explained what to do when Gas was put in a diesel. Stephens even told me to contact my Homeowners insurance to cover the repair. The dealership finally did the repair for much less and my insurance paid for it. The dealer never offered this advice. I had never been to Stephens Mercedes repair shop, because...

Stephens service center is the best place I've ever taken my Mercedes. Tom was very helpful and explained everything that my car needed and the prices. Everyone was so helpful. They got me in fast and did a great job fixing my car!! I'll go know were else but Stephens Service Center!!!

I think Stephens Service Center is the BEST place i've ever taken my Mercedes!! They were very helpful and went into great detail about what was wrong with my car and how to fix it. Tom the owner was very helpful and explained everything to me. They got me in right away and fixed it fast. I will never go to another auto shop to fix my car!!!!
